If you decide you'd like a refund rather than a replacement, we will notify you when we receive your item to let you know the refund has been initiated. The money will be returned to your account in 5-10 business days. If you think your refund is missing, just get in touch, and we'll figure out what's wrong.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping. If you're returning an expensive item, you might consider adding a tracking number to your shipment or buying insurance to protect yourself.
